The flow of the Team Well-being Retro

Here we outline the steps involved in running your Team Well-being Retro

A Team Well-being Retro (from Retrospective) allows you to reflect on your team's well-being insights and plan out the actions you'd like to take in the upcoming quarter. If you've already completed a quarter, this is a great opportunity to learn from your experiences and take those insights forward.

Depending on the size of your team, your Team Well-being Retor can take anywhere from 1.5 to 2 hours (1.5h is enough for a team of 6-7 people, teams of 10-12 ppl should book 2h). Make sure you’ve scheduled enough time!

The main goal of this conversation is to choose or come up with a ritual that you and your team will work on this quarter - one that will positively impact your team’s well-being and performance. Click here to view all the steps.

A Team Well-being Retro consists of 2 parts.

Part 1 – Understand your insights
  1. Safe space: set the scene
  2. Look back: review your past quarter (available once you've completed at least one quarter)
  3. Share: build trust by sharing personal insights
  4. Team insights: discuss your team's well-being
  5. Focus: choose one growth area to focus on
  6. ✅ Goal: Take a deep dive assessment
Part 2 – Commit & Improve Well-being
  1. Results: deep dive insights
  2. Rituals: explore the rituals that are suggested for your team
  3. ✅ Goal: Select rituals and actions
