According to Quan’s approach, a Ritual is a science-backed action that you and/or your team can take in order to improve your and your team’s well-being and performance.
Rituals are repeating behaviors that give us a heightened sense of identity, meaning, and purpose. In teams, rituals help us build habitual commitment and define us as a group; they remind us of who we are, how to behave, and what is of ultimate value.
Research shows that performing rituals helps people to regulate risks associated with their well-being and to work better.
Check all Quan’s rituals in our library available at “Path” tab under “Your well-being” or “Team well-being” on the left-hand side of the Quan platform.
Rituals can vary in time needed to implement them (5 - 60 min), frequency of implementation (daily, weekly, monthly), and could be suitable for teams and/or individuals.
You can filter the Rituals by a related sub-dimension. You can apply this filter in the top right corner on the Quan platform, or by finding a sub-dimension that you want to work on in the “Suggested to you for:” section on each Ritual card.
