Yes, you need to share your screen while leading the well-being retro.
Each team member will need to use their own laptop for the well-being retro and you, as the Team Lead, will need to share your screen while navigating the Team Well-being Retro page.
Important: Your individual insights page contains personal and sensitive information. If you don't feel comfortable sharing details about your personal insights, we advise you not to open that page while sharing your screen.
Additionally, you will also need to stop sharing your screen to complete Step 4 of the retro flow.
