After your team well-being report is available, you will see 3 Growth Opportunities outlined in your Team Well-being Report. One of these 3 areas will become your Focus Area during a given cycle. Which one - you will be able to choose during your Team Well-being Retro.
After you make a decision, a Deep-Dive assessment will become available to you. You will complete it during your Team Well-being Retro (the Deep-Dive takes 5 min to complete). The purpose of the Deep-Dive is to uncover the contributing factors that influence that Focus Area for your team.
For example, you decide to focus on improving your Stress at Work. After completing the Deep-Dive, your contributing factors could be: Overthinking, Organizational change, and Workload. This will inform you and your team about the reasons that stand behind high stress at work during this cycle, and will allow your team to come up with a better solution to improve Stress at Work. Only by taking an informed targeted action you can improve your team’s well-being.
