Your manager (at Quan we call them Team Leads) will only see aggregated results once a minimum of 5 people in your team have completed the assessment to ensure statistical anonymity - that means your manager will not be able to trace results back to you or any individual on their team.
You can be 100% sure that your input and results are anonymous.
