Your individual assessment results are only available to you. Quan does not provide individual well-being assessment results to your employer or any other 3rd party.
It is up to you if you want to share parts of your individual results with your manager. This could be addressed in your next one-on-one meeting. We encourage you to use the language offered in the Quan Well-being Framework to convey how you feel about your well-being.
