Your well-being results can only be counted once. Usually, your results belong to the team that you (as a manager) facilitate the Well-being Retro for. In some instances, your results are counted in a Leadership team results. Your People department lets Quan know what structure makes sense to your organization.
You can always check what team your results belong to by clicking on “Team members” tab on the left hand side on the Quan platform. You will see your name in the list if your results belong there. You might need to switch between the teams (top left corner) to find out which team your individual results are counted towards.
