"Ghost users" are created so that teams that have less than 5 users are able to have their own team results, and are able to have their own Well-being Retro.
To ensure statistical anonymity, if a team has fewer than 5 responses, we include company-wide average results as ‘Ghost users’ in the team data. This way, your own results are still relevant and you and your team can have a meaningful conversation in order to improve your team’s well-being and performance.
Your team results could change as time goes by, this is due to these 2 reasons:
- More people from your team completed their assessments (you can check the exact number in the top right corner)
- More people in your organization completed their assessments (which influenced the “ghost” average)
