A few tips to make the most of your Well-being Retro
Some tips for your retro:
- Our data shows, the single most important thing you and your team can do to improve your wellbeing at work, is have a discussion about it! So this is a structured conversation using data, to understand why, and decide together on what to do about it.
- Try to focus on what the team can control, and how they can support each other.

When deciding on rituals:
- The rituals are scientifically proven to help teams improve well-being, but you can customize the format and frequency to what suits your team best, and please add any additional actions the team would like to do, they know best what would work for them.
- Make sure you hit "commit" on the ritual you chose to save it on the platform.

- Best is to start small and feasible, just 5-10 minutes in your (bi) weekly team meeting to check in is already a great start!
